A powerful 90-minute healing session curated to clear blocks, restore balance, and integrate healing energy into your life. Session includes: -Intake - We'll explore if anything is holding you back, what you’d like support with or the intention for the session - Guided meditation - Reiki / Energy Healing to lead you into an open and relaxed state - Crystal healing - Personalized support through coaching Reiki helps release the energetic blockages that you carry in your mind, body and spirit allowing you to heal. Coaching allows us to dive deeper in identifying how these blockages may be showing up in your life.
